A lot of really good music has been dropped in the last week but some of my favorite has been from Dro Kenji . The recent Internet Money signee just dropped his debut album titled “Tears and Pistols” this past Friday and it is nothing short of what we were expecting from him. His name has been thrown around a lot on Twitter talking about how great he is and everyone who said that was 100% right. Dro Kenji, the 18 year old from South Carolina, offers a new and different sound with also familiar influences you can definitely hear throughout this project. Some of my favorite tracks on the album include “Save Me”, “Codeine Punch”, “100 Rounds”, and “Blowing You Down”.
The hype was definitely worth the wait and I can’t wait to see what Dro Kenji puts out next ⚡️Streaming now on all platforms so go give it a listen
