Ever since we first sat down with Era in July, we found him to be an artist that truly puts his own personal touch on every part of his music. From writing Nena for his niece to talking about personal anecdotes in his recent singles, Era is a one of a kind artist.
Today marks the day that Era drops his debut two track EP “Casablanca” after recently dropping many great singles. He is shedding his Hip Hop skin and morphing into a new artist throughout this transitional phase. The two tracks are titled “Miami” which has an upbeat tempo and “Faithfully” which has a surprise feature with Moe Young. The title Casablanca is inspired by the hookah lounge that Era and his friends used to hang out at when they turned 18. There’s something about the vibes that hookah lounge gave off that resonates with the vibe of this EP.
After gaining so much momentum over the past few months, what’s next for Era? Well he’s now taking some time to work on a much larger project that he will be releasing later down the line. In the meantime, enjoy this new EP “Casablanca” as well as all of the other gems he’s been dropping lately.
